We need you to help keep the TBI and NHTD Waiver Programs out of managed care!

Use your voice to help advocate for a permanent carve-out of TBI and NHTD Waiver services. Contact Governor Cuomo and other state lawmakers today! Communicate support for Part II (Assembly) and Part JJ (Senate) of the Health and Mental Hygiene Article VII Bill. Call your legislators. Ask them to share their support for the carve-out and that the provisions be included in the final budget to:

  • Governor Cuomo

  • Senator Stewart-Cousins, Senate Majority Leader

  • Assemblymember Carl Heastie, Assembly Speaker

  • Senator Krueger, Senate Finance Chair and

  • Assemblymember Helene Weinstein, Assembly Ways and Means Chair

Remember to include personal stories and the impact that the Waivers have on you.
